Integration for 3rd Party Products - iQ's VistaPoint Enterprise provides the glue needed to tightly integrate third party applications with your phone system. This integration provides support for features such as click-to-dial and performing data dips to look up and display the caller's record. Our Desktop applications provide the presence and call control and with the use of custom buttons, users can quickly perform a number of tasks to increase their productivity.

TAPI Gateway - Our TAPI Gateway can be used by any TAPI compliant application to control the user’s phone. Our gateway includes a TSP that can be deployed to each desktop or server-based. The TSP supports all TAPI commands needed to place, hold, transfer, and disconnect calls. For Cisco UCM deployments, our TAPI Gateway acts as a proxy to support hundreds of TAPI applications using a single CiscoTSP connection.
