The VistaPoint plugin will need a domain account and need to know the password for that account
The VP server will need to authenticate into the domain with that account
The domain account must have admin rights on the VP server
The domain account must have full right to the exchange mail store
Each domain user must have the internal extension number (PBX phone) identified in Active Directory Default location would be the iPPhone field, if different we would need to know the attribute name for the field where it resides (case sensitive)
All Calendar users must reside within the same OU in active directory as the plug-in account The plug-in will only be able to associate extension number to user via LDAP and at this time LDAP is limited to only being able to query users within the OU “selected branch” that it is placed in
